Innovations based on insights
At CNA, we are used to working within balancing intuition with knowledge. To gain that knowledge, we use a range of tools and principles as well as cooperative partners in our everyday work. Our toolbox includes research tools, different design practices in user involvement, user testing, risk management and surveys. We believe that to plan, design or communicate without insights are truly the work of blind mice, so as we base our projects on either more general or very project-specific knowledge, one thing is always certain: Our approaches to projects is based on valuable insight and best possible know-how.
We offer research and analysis based on our integrated project approach as stand-alone services, including building and distribution of surveys, visitor research and interviews and more in-depth, conclusive analysis in areas such as space, visit or shopping experiences both off- and online. If you are thinking that you may need more insight in any way that visitors or customers think – or will think – of you and what you offer, we and our cooperative partners around the world are happy to give you a suggestion as to how to get in the know.
